Homes Hearing
A hearing to decide whether 30 homes will be built at Lowsley Farm will take place at Liphook Village Hall on 12th March.
A government planning inspector will discuss two appeals for similar proposals made by Swan Hill Homes.
The most recent application in November had been deferred by East Hampshire District Council's south planning committee for further negotiations with the developer.
If the application had gone to the committee, planning officers would have recommended refusal, on the grounds the houses were too big and would be out of character with the surrounding area.
The hearing will start at 10am.
