Housing Go-ahead
Planners are being advised to give the go-ahead for two proposed housing schemes in Liphook when they meet tomorrow.
One is for 19 dwellings at Longmoor Road, and the other is for a block of six flats at The Close.
Both planning applications are due to go before tomorrow's meeting of East Hampshire District Council's South Planning Committee, and in both cases planning officers are recommding that permission should be given.
Members of the committee made a site visit last week to the proposed site of 19 dwellings north of 94 to 102, Longmoor Road, between Forest Lane Close and Chalcraft Close.
The planning application by Strathmoor Developments Ltd and Codex Holding Ltd is being opposed by 22 nearby residents, and by Bramshott and Liphook Parish Council.
